The main character, Lear best exemplifies this idea. As the play proceeds, Regan and Goneril rise in status in the Kingdom, while Lears presence and authority as King becomes insignificant. This is an indication that order is disrupted because, traditionally the oldest person in the family is in control. Only when the King dies do his children take over his throne. The only thing Muslims wanted was to make peace and the only reason they want to keep the land is because it says in their Islamic faith that they should keep the land and try making peace and equality between humans. Second, the Muslims had control of the land first. It was the Ottoman Empire that took controlled after WWI and was in control for a really long time. â€Å"The authors argue that Palestine was under Muslim control for most of history. † (Pg:1). This shows that Muslims were controlling the land for a really long time and it was theirs because they ruled it first. If the Jews wanted the land really badly then they would have came to conquer the land a really long time ago. â€Å"The loss of Palestine in 1948 is second only to the downfall of the Islamic Caliphate. † (Pg:1). This proves that the Muslims were really anger that they took their land because it was their land first and they controlled it for such a long time. They didn’t themselves understand why the Jews would take the land after they ruled the land for so long. Lastly, the Muslims have a lot of holy sites in the land and it is their second holy city. †Palestine is second in significance to Muslims only to Islam’s holy cities of Mecca and Medina. † (Pg:1). The human resource management in retail industry in India has done by maintaining the proper functions of the HR. There has not much difference in the selection or interview process for both the companies; however, group discussion is an important part in the interview process of the retailing company in America. The retailing company in America acknowledges the employees occupational health and safety measures and rewards its employees with cash. Compare and Contrast the Customers Satisfaction in India and America In Indian retail industry, customer satisfaction is an important factor; however, the chosen organization follows the ideology of customer satisfaction. The company in India focused on the transaction-specific customer satisfaction. This type of transaction-specific customer satisfaction is determined by comparing the performances and the expectations of each of the transaction. However, the Indian company viewed the customer satisfaction as individualistic cognitive and emotional reaction. The political factors like democracy, global policymaking and the government as the leading super power have influenced the business scenario of the organization in America. Compare and Contrast the Economical issues in India and America As the economy of India is stable, the business situation is also stable here. The interviewee of the retailing industry has stated that. It is a developing country and it has growing market, however, retail industry has huge demand in India (Batra Juneja, 2013). The country has achieved maximum level of economic growth and registered a GDP of 5.07 trillion dollars in 2013 and in the next year, the growth has increased by 5%. The economic stability and growing economic environment has provided the wealthy growth for the retailing company in India. However, in the US the GDP is 16.760 trillion dollar.
